Verse 129

    दुक्खदोमनस्सनासी, 
    सोकपरिदेवक्खयो; 
    जातिमच्‍चुजरातिगो, 
        बुद्धं तं पणमाम्यहं.     
  
    Dukkhadomanassanāsī, 
    Sokaparidevakkhayo; 
    Jātimaccujarātigo, 
                 Buddhaṃ taṃ paṇamāmyahaṃ.                
  
    I bow to the Buddha,
    Who had destroyed all sorrows and mental agonies,
    Overcome all sorrow and lamentation,
             And transcended birth, old age, and death.
