3.1.5 An Utterly Pure Path for Any Householder to Tread On!

This was explained in Sāvatthi.

“There are, Bhikkhus, eight Dhammas that are utterly pure and completely spotless, without any stain left on them and undefiled. They have not arisen before and arise only when the Tathāgata, an Arahant, the Sammāsambuddha appears.

What are these eight?

They are right view, … and right concentration.
