Tathāgatassa arahato sammāsambuddhassa pātubhāvo dullabho lokasmiṃ, | The manifestation of a Tathgata, an Arahant, a Sammsambuddha can rarely be found in this world, |
tathāgatappaveditassa dhammavinayassa desetā puggalo dullabho lokasmiṃ, | the manifestation of a person who is teaching the Dhamma and the Vinaya as taught by the Tathgata can rarely be found in this world. |
ariyāyatane paccājāti dullabhā lokasmiṃ, | the rebirth in the Aryan region is difficult to be encountered in this world, |
indriyānaṃ avekallatā dullabhā lokasmiṃ, | the complete lack of any deficiency of the senses is difficult to be encountered by in this world, |
ajaḷatā aneḷamūgatā dullabhā lokasmiṃ, | having no stupidity or foolishness nor being deaf or dumb, this is difficult to be encountered in this world, |
kusale dhamme chando dullabho lokasmiṃ. | and further the desire to do wholesome things can rarely be found in this world. |
Imesaṃ kho, bhikkhave, channaṃ pātubhāvo dullabho lokasmin”ti. | These, O' Bhikkhus, are the six manifestations that can rarely be found in this world.” |
