“Navayimāni, bhikkhave, āghātavatthūni. Katamāni nava?

‘Anatthaṃ me acarī’ti āghātaṃ* bandhati;

‘anatthaṃ me caratī’ti āghātaṃ bandhati;

‘anatthaṃ me carissatī’ti āghātaṃ bandhati;

‘piyassa me manāpassa anatthaṃ acarī’ti …pe…

‘anatthaṃ carissatī’ti āghātaṃ bandhati;

‘appiyassa me amanāpassa atthaṃ acarī’ti …pe…
