‘Clearly expounded is the teaching of the Blessed One,

sandiṭṭhiko

akāliko

to be seen for oneself,

giving results here and now,

ehipassiko

opaneyyiko

inviting one to come and see,

leading straight to the goal,

paccattaṃ veditabbo viññūhī’ti.

capable of being realized by any intelligent person.’

Dhammañhi vo, bhikkhave, anussarataṃ yaṃ bhavissati bhayaṃ vā chambhitattaṃ vā lomahaṃso vā, so pahīyissati.”

Indeed, Bhikkhus, if you remember the Dhamma in this way whatever fear or stupefaction you may have, whatever hairs may stand on end, all that will vanish.”
