Buddhasahassanāmāvalī

Verse 50

अमतेन अतप्पि लोकं,
धम्ममेघपवस्सको;
अस्सासेसि यथा चन्दो,
बुद्धं तं पणमाम्यहं.

Amatena atappi lokaṃ,
Dhammameghapavassako;
Assāsesi yathā cando,
Buddhaṃ taṃ paṇamāmyahaṃ.

I bow to the Buddha,
Who gratified the world with the nectar of Dhamma,
Rained like a cloud of Dhamma,
And gave cooling comfort like the moon.
