21. Presence condition The four immaterial aggregates are mutually related to one another by means of presence condition. The four great primary elements are mutually related to one another by means of presence condition. At the moment of conception, mentality and materiality are mutually related to one another by means of presence condition. Phenomena, consciousness and mental concomitants, are related to one another by means of presence condition. The great primary elements are related to derived matter by means of presence condition. Eye-sense-door is related to eye-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Ear-sense-door is related to ear-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Nose-sense-door is related to nose-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Tongue-sense-door is related to tongue-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Body-sense-door is related to body-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Visible object is related to eye-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Audible object is related to ear-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Fragrant object is related to nose-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Object of taste is related to tongue-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Tangible object is related to body-consciousness element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. Visible object, audible object, fragrant object, object of taste, tangible object is related to mind-element and its associated phenomena by means of presence condition. When dependent on (certain) matter mind-element and mind- consciousness element arise; then that matter is related to mind-element and mind-consciousness-element and their associated phenomena by means of presence condition. |
