Buddhasahassanāmāvali

Verse 18

विस्सगुरु लोकगुरु,
धम्मगुरु गुरुत्तमो;
नत्थि एतादिसो गुरु,
बुद्धं तं पणमाम्यहं.

Vissaguru lokaguru,
Dhammaguru guruttamo;
Natthi etādiso guru,
Buddhaṃ taṃ paṇamāmyahaṃ.

I bow to the Buddha,
The universal teacher, the teacher of the entire world,
A teacher of Dhamma par excellence,
There is no other teacher like Him.
