Verse 12

महानन्दीसमुच्छिन्‍नो,
महाकिलेसनिस्सटो;
महापापोघमुत्तिण्णो,
बुद्धं तं पणमाम्यहं.

Mahānandīsamucchinno,
Mahākilesanissaṭo;
Mahāpāpoghamuttiṇṇo,
Buddhaṃ taṃ paṇamāmyahaṃ.

I bow to the Buddha,
Who completely eradicated all craving,
Rejected (escaped from) great lust and passion,
and successfully crossed the great flood of sin.
