Verse 137

दीपङ्करपादमूले,
मुत्तिं हत्थगतं चजि;
सम्मासम्बोधिमाकङ्खी,
बुद्धं तं पणमाम्यहं.
Dīpaṅkarapādamūle,
Muttiṃ hatthagataṃ caji;
Sammāsambodhimākaṅkhī,
Buddhaṃ taṃ paṇamāmyahaṃ.
I bow to the Buddha,
Who, falling at the feet of Dīpaṇkara,
Deferred his own attainment of Nibbāna,
But aspired for full Self-Enlightenment.
